National Mini Cooper Day, Beaulieu

Several hundred dripping wet Minis and their owners gathered at Beaulieu's National Motor Museum on 12 June for one of the wettest Mini Cooper Days I can remember from the last three decades. Despite the awful weather, Mini Cooper fans, owners and celebrities still enjoyed themselves and although visitor numbers were reduced by the weather, the selection of cars and trade stands to admire was as good as ever. MCR Chairman Robert Young and his committee had put together an excellent show with Graham Robson on the microphone.
