Some people just don't understand concours Minis. They feel that all the cleaning and hunting for elusive parts are a waste of time and money when a Mini should be driven and enjoyed rather than pampered. I guess the ultimate attraction to a Mini buffer is to display their Mini in the best condition possible. Either way, you can't deny that some of . the most innovative cosmetic Mini modifying comes from show 'n' shine and concours contests. These 'trailer queens', as some describe them, are fantastic examples of meticulously maintained Minis and can be admired for what they are rather than what they are not. Each to their own I say.
