Low suspension

I have a 1994 Rover Mini 35 and the offside suspension has dropped by an inch, meaning that the tyre now rubs when turning the steering. I have checked the trumpet, the knuckle joint, and th< washer between the two. I have also replaced the cone with a Min Spares genuine part. I have also fitted new shock absorbers but none of this has helped. I have rur out of ideas, other than fitting Hi-Los to rectify the problem. Do you have any suggestions?
