Starting the new year as they meant to carry on, over 80 Minis took to the roads of the North West for the 14th annual Wirral to Llandudno Mini Run on Sunday 13 January. Even the forecast for the first heavy snows of 2013 did not deter Mini owners from as far away as Kent as they lined up in a frosty Bromborough car park, with cans of de-icer and windscreen scrapers, awaiting the three horn blasts that would signal 10 minutes until the run began. With run plaques in place, the Minis set off from the Wirral and headed south west, crossing the border into north Wales, heading for Wales' largest seaside resort of Llandudno.
