You may have noticed that there hasn't been a Logbook concerning our Pick-up, Perferren, for a while. The reason for that is that, a little while ago, Paul decided he wanted to sell it. Regular readers may recall that Perferren was bought after our 1974 Morris Mini, Guinevere, was stolen in 2011 and he bought the Pick-up rather than a saloon with the insurance money as he hoped that he would not compare it to Guinevere. A lot of fun (and money) was spent rebuilding Perferren, almost from the ground up! With many hours labouring away in the garage over cold winters. When she was finally roadworthy again it was an exciting time. She certainly turned heads and we were constantly asked "Is that a real Mini pick-up? I didn't know they made them." "What is it?" and "Did you cut it down yourself?" We would reply saying "No it's a real Mini Pick-up!"
