Recondition front hubs

The front hubs on a Mini are one of the hardest-worked assemblies on the oar. They form part of the steering, suspension and drivetrain, they carry the weight of the front subframe and power unit and have to cope with road bumps, braking and cornering forces, sometimes at the same time. The swivel hub unit itself is normally long-lived with occasional problems arising when a bearing turns in the hub and/ or the hub becomes too loose to hold the outer bearing race in position firmly. In such cases a new hub will be required.
