Optimise your Mini's adjustable suspension

The handling of a Mini can be seriously affected if the suspension geometry is incorrect. Fortunately, there are many components that can be fitted to allow the ride height, camber and tracking to be adjusted to improve the handling and exploit the ride-on-rails reputation that well set-up Minis have deservedly earned. Mini suspension can be enhanced with kits such as Mini Sport's Adjusta-Ride system, which consists of four adjustable ride height trumpets, four knuckle joints and two rear extension bars. Add a pair of front adjustable tie-rods, longer track control arms and rear camber brackets and you can alter geometry settings such as camber and caster.
