My commitment to quality parts

I write in response to the letter from D Eccles [Parts problems, MiniWorld Inbox, May 2106] which highlights the parts being imported into our Mini market by companies who never test or check the quality of the parts. I am a few years olders than D Eccles and a BMC/Leyland Rover trained parts person who supplied Rover in later days with parts where they could not get the quality required.
