On 25 May, 14 Mini crews took on on the EMCOS Dragon IT Stages at Down Ampney in Gloucestershire. A number of Minis suffered overheating problems due to the hot weather. John and Martin Cressey had intercom issues on the first stage and the duo suffered a few spins and overshoots but their lead on the Minis was so strong that it had no impact on the overall results. They opened up a huge lead and came home 1st in Open Class and 1st Mini overall.
