Elaine set up Silly Minis in 2002 with the aim of raising funds for worthy causes. Over the years Silly Minis has supported Breast Cancer Care, MacMillan Cancer Support, Help For Heroes and Heartbeats Cardiology but Children's Hospice South West has received the greatest contribution. "My husband Vince and I have owned Minis for 25 years and have found that they are fantastic at helping raise funds for charity as Joe public love to see a row of Minis. They will stop, look and chat, especially if the cheeky little cars are doing something good like fundraising and making people aware of a particular charity. Minis are often a charity case in their own right and their owners are used to emptying their piggy banks and digging deep! Most Mini events of almost any kind will have a charity angle.
