Hunter named as Scotland Director

Dairy UK has announced that Kirk Hunter (pictured) has become its full-time Scotland Director and took up his position on 17 May.Hunter had previously been employed as Chief Executive of Food Trade Association Management and in that capacity had worked part time for both Dairy UK and the Scottish Association of Master Bakers (SAMB).rnJim Begg, Director General of Dairy UK, said: "We are delighted to have secured the services of Mr Hunter on a full-time basis. Kirk has extensive and invaluable knowledge of the dairy industry in Scotland and a proven track record of working with government at the highest level.
