Qualcomm began shipping its first 28nm products, which use its homegrown Krait CPU (see MPR 6/25/12). These Snapdragon S4 processors are featured in Nokia's Lumia phones, among others (see MPR 10/22/12). The company later announced a midrange processor, the MSM8225Q, that features four Cortex-A5 CPUs (see MPR 10/22/12).
