摘要

Today, the compact/SPICE models of the semiconductor devices are essential elements linking the state-of-art silicon technologies and advanced integrated circuit (IC) designs. A compact model is a mathematical description of the electrical behavior of a semiconductor device, suitable for simulation of advanced integrated circuits. The MOS-AK/GSA Group provides compact modeling Verilog-A standardization platform as well as the international dissemination forum. Since 1989, the MOS-AK workshop is the primer European event for the state-of-art academic and industrial R&D developments exchange, consolidating the research topics related to the technology TCAD simulations, compact/SPICE modeling as well as the device level analog/RF and digital IC design support.
