摘要

Today sensors and sensor interfaces are part of the human normal life. Thanks to the reduced space occupancy are well accepted in a wide range of applications going from wellness and free-time facility (IPOD, health care equipment), to control system for industrial process and for home safety and energy saving. The developments in micro-nano-electronics, biology and neuro-sciences have made possible the interfaces between the human brain and the environment Implan-table and smart microprobes are able to transmit neural data at the outside world in RFID mode. Higher performance and increasing circuit density have exacerbated the impact of manufacturing variations on the designs. This has made it increasingly more difficult to meet a variety of design targets within a tighter schedule and at the same time, pushes forward to new and advanced solutions.
