Viking Blast & Wash Systems announces the release of their newest pass-through blast system, the CB3624. This type of blast system is ideal for cleaning small or intricate parts that cannot withstand tumbling. The CB3624 offers a work envelope of 36 inches wide x 24 inches in height. This machine utilizes four, VK PowerMax 1500 blast wheels ranging from 10 to 40 HP. This wheel design maximizes efficiency and offers estimated cleaning throughput speeds from 5 to 15 FPM. The variable feed rate is adjustable to provide different surface finishes ranging from SSPC-7 brush-off finish to a white metal finish, SSPC-5.
