Advice on Color Matching a Factory Motorcycle Paint Job with a Customized Helmet

Q: I am having a problem with streaking when polyvinyl acrylic paint (PVA) is applied by airless spray to the interior walls of condominiums. Depending on the angle at which I stand, the gloss looks different; it is almost as if the wall is absorbing more paint in some places than in others. The previous contractors have sealed the drywall and I have applied a white PVA followed by a color coat. Looking at the wall at 90°, I cannot see any difference; it is only when viewing the walls at angles that the defect is visible. I am using a Graco spray gun with a 415 tip and have played with the different pressure settings on the airless pump. I have also tried different overlaps starting with 50% but moving both below and above that value. Any help you can offer to get rid of these stupid streaks?
