FLUID AND THERMAL SCIENCES FACULTY POSITION

The Mechanical, Materials, and Aerospace Engineering Department at the Illinois Institute of Technology invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in the areas of Fluid and Thermal Sciences. Exceptional candidates at higher academic ranks may also be considered. Applications in all areas of Fluid and Thermal Sciences research will be considered; however, applicants with interest and demonstrated scholarship in any of the following focus areas are particularly encouraged to apply: micro- and nano-scale transport phenomena including applications to electronics cooling and chemical and biological sensors; thermal and fluid aspects of biological systems; and all aspects of sustainable energy systems.
