Our tenured department head (at a rank of Professor), requires a Ph.D in ME, IE, MfgE, or EM.The person will act as the C.E.O., with all appropriate administrative, planning, outreach, teaching and research communication and management skills, for a growing engineering enterprise in NE Minnesota. The qualified applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of professional/industrial experience with at least 1 year in an administrative role as well as a baccalaureate degree in engineering. Candidates currently holding the rank of associate professor and eligible for appointment as full professor are highly encouraged to apply for this position.
