It presents a variety of submi-cron to subnanome-ter precise compact actuators, featuring novel ceramic piezo motors as well as classical motors. Systems range from pen-tip-size ceramic actuators for high-volume optics and medical applications, to high-force nonmagnetic ceramic actuators for ultra-precision vacuum applications.
