SPACE-TIME PARADOX DUE TO RELATIVISTIC- GRAVITATIONAL EFFECTS AND MEASUREMENT ERRORS IN THE HIGH-FREQUENCY SYNCHRONI- ZATION OF MOVING CLOCKS
A general description is given of the phenomenon of the nonsimultaneity of events in the synchronization of high-precision measures of time and frequency. One of these quantities is found on a moving object and is used to generate signals based on natural time and natural frequency.
