PHYSICAL AND METEOROLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS CONCERNING SUPERPRECISION RESISTORS

摘要

We discuss physical and metrological considerations associated with creation of superprecision resistor. Preliminary estimates and experiments conducted during manufacture of thin-film resistors shows that it is possible to manufacture resistors with TCR～10~-7 and long-term stability of ～10~-4/100.
