摘要

It is proposed that an optoelectronic recalculation system can be used as an instrument for measuring the length of optical fibers and as a temperature sensor. The measured quantity is identified from the recalculation frequency, which is recorded with comparative ease and high accuracy. The optoelectronic recirulation system can be used to monitor the quality of optical fiber connections and other optical elements, and also to estimate the refractive index profile of multimedia graded-index optical fibers.
