USE OF MICROPLATE OPTICAL READERS IN BIOMEDICAL MEASUREMENTS

摘要

Data are given on the main types of microplate optical reader (MOR) used in biomedical methods of spectrophotometry. Technical characteristics and analytical performance are considered for current MOR, together with methods of processing and interpreting the data and metrological support to measurements performed with these instruments.
