METROLOGICAL PROVISION FOR IMAGE ANALYZERS

Image analyzers are considered and separated into determined (calculated or quantitatively estimated) and measured quantities. From the results of comparing measurement procedures, understood in a classical sense, and analysis of images their similarity and difference are revealed. Requirements are specified for documentation describing approval of the type of image analyzers.
