THE DEPENDENCE OF THE PHASE TRANSITION TEMPERATURE OF Ga-Zn EUTECTIC ALLOY ON ITS MORPHOLOGY

The effect of the crystallization conditions and the properties of the constituent components on the type of structures formed and the phase-transition temperature of Ga-Zn eutectic alloy is investigated. The structure of the Ga-Zn alloy is compared with the corresponding structures of the Ga-In and Ga-Sn alloys.
