NOISE OF PbS-BASED SEMICONDUCTOR PHOTORESISTORS

摘要

Typical spectra of the noise power density of uncooled photoresistors manufactured according to different industrial technologies are presented. It is shown that l/Fa-type noise is responsible for the principal contribution to the spectrum.
