摘要

Wear resistant Co_(ss)/Co_3Mo_2Si metal silicide alloys with a dual-phase microstructure consisting of Co_3Mo_2Si primary dendrite and small amount of interdendritic ductile Co-base solid solution (Co_(ss)) were designed and fabricated by the laser melting/deposition process. Microstructure of the alloys was characterized by optical microscopy (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). High-temperature sliding wear properties of the Co_(ss)/Co_3Mo_2Si alloys were evaluated at 600 deg C. Results indicate that the Co_(ss)-toughened Co_3Mo_2Si ternary metal silicide alloys have excellent wear resistance under high-temperature sliding wear test conditions. Co content has a remarkable influence on microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the Co_(ss)/Co_3Mo_2Si metal silicide alloys.
