摘要

The microstructure and mechanical properties of (FeCrNiCo)Al_xCu_y high-entropy alloys and their TiC-reinforced composites were investigated. The high-entropy alloys with excellent mechanical properties are mainly composed of FCC solid solutions and spinodal decomposition tissues. With incorporation of composite preforms made of Al, Ti and C elemental powders into the molten materials, TiC-reinforced high-entropy alloy composites were prepared, which greatly increased the comprehensive mechanical properties of the high-entropy alloy matrix. Particularly for (FeCrNiCo)Al _(0.75)Cu_(0.25) + 10_(vol)%TiC composite, the hardness, yield stress and fracture stress were as high as 621 HV, 1637 MPa and 2972 MPa, respectively.
