Experimental investigation of foam dedusting agent in underground coal mine

摘要

To select appropriate foam dedusting agent, compound formulation experiments, based on a kindof evaluation method of foam properties called Waring blender, are conducted on three kinds offoaming agent and four kinds of stable foam agent in different concentration. Optimal materialmixture ratio of the dedusting agent with high foaming multiple and long stability is obtained:foaming agent FP-1 with a 0.4% aqueous solution and stable foam agent WP-3 with a 1%aqueous solution. On-the-spot application test shows that the dedusting rates of foam dedustingfor total coal dust and for respiratory dust are respectively twice and 2.9 times than the rates ofwater mist dedusting for the above-mentioned two types of dust, which shows an obvious effecton dedusting.
