摘要

Cu atoms were intercalated into the layered chalcogenides 2Ha-Nb1.05Se_2 and lT-TiS_2 by milling mixtures of Cu and chalcogenides in a planetary ball mill. The intercalation compounds 2Ha-CuxNb_1.05Se_2 (0 < ≤ 0.4), 2Hb- Cu_1.0Nb_1.05Se_2, and lT-CuxTiS_2 (0 < x ≤ 0.5) were obtained by milling for 30-80 min. Among them, lT-CuxTiS_2 (0.3 ≤x ≤0.5) is a metastable phase compound. Cu atoms were intercalated into the tunnels in Nb_3Te_4. by milling mixtures of Cu and Nb_3Te_4. for 60 min. CuxNb_3Te_4 was obtained in the range Of 0 ≤ X ≤ l.0.
