Data Show Clearer Picture of Australia's Water Resources

The Water Data Transfer Format (WDTF) developed by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) (Clayton South, Victoria, Australia) and the Australian Bureau of Meteorology enables the Bureau to produce a clearer picture of Australia's water resources. The Bureau currently receives water data from more than 200 organizations in order to report on water availability, condition, and use in a nationally consistent way.
