As the Army's lead for the Department of Defense Corrosion Prevention and Control Tri-Service team, the Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) conducts research, development, validation, and demonstration of technologies to mitigate corrosion for facilities and equipment at military installations. CERL is part of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center.
