摘要

The system Zn_0.6Co_0.4Fe_xCr_2-xO_0.4 (0.8≤x≤1.1) has been investigated for its crystallographic, electrical and magnetic behaviour. All the samples are found to be p-type semi conductors from electrical measurements. From hysteresis loops, it is found that the samples are ferrimagnets. The high values of H_c and J_R/J_S at low temperatures, as well as the nature of Xac-T curves indicate single domain behaviour in which magnetic crystalline anisotropy dominates.
