摘要

The pyrolysis of C_2H_2 over a Ni powder catalyst in the atmosphere of H_2, H_2S and various inert gases was used to synthesize carbon microcoils (CMCs). The influences of the CVD conditions, esp. the gas flow rate of N_2, Ar, H_2O, or H_2 as well as reaction time on the growth of the CMCs, whose coiled fibers have circular cross-sections (circular CMCs), were investigated.
