I appreciate the effort taken by D. Errandonea to comment on my paper [1]. However for me this is not a Comment but rather a statement of disagreement, or of misunderstanding. I believe that a Comment should contribute scientifically, adding some insight on the base of other's results, or dismissing them, but in any case doing so with scientific arguments which were missed or ignored by the authors of the commented work. This is certainly not the case. Indeed, the arguments from my paper [1] are virtually repeated in the comment, but just from a different view point. The challenge, or the question, put forward in [ 1 ], which is dismissed by Errandonnea as not valid, can be formulated as follows:
