摘要

We are developing a polymer actuator using a poly urethane elastomer film that bends by applied voltage, which is based on the electrostriction. The experimental results of bending displacement by applied voltage showed that the addition of fullerenol enhanced the sensitivity and that the addition of fullerene lowered it on the other hand. The interesting point is that there exists a hysteresis characteristic in bending motion of the film. These characteristics are discussed from the physical structure of the film.
