Electrical, Photo-Electrical and Optical Properties of Selenium Rich Chalcogenide Glasses: A Review

摘要

The aim of the present review is to discuss electrical, photo-electrical and optical properties of Se rich chalco-genide glasses. A brief introduction of selenium rich chalcogenide glasses has also given. Various systematic studies on the different properties of chalcogenide glasses have been done by several solid state physicists and found that selenium rich chalcogenide glasses possess miscellaneous physical properties that are noteworthy for applications in opto-electronics, optics and electronics. The present short paper reviews the electrical, photoelectrical and optical properties of some multi-component chalcogenide glasses.
