A Farewell Interview with ASNT Chairman Michael L. Turnbow

Over the past few years ASNT has moved aggressively to prepare itself for the 21st century. A continuous self-ssessment has resulted in strategic changes toward being more visionary and responsive in addressing membership and industry needs. One of ASNT's strengths lies with its dedicated and committed volunteers, who provide information and leadership concerning industry trends, issues, and needs. In particular, a volunteer elected as an officer of ASNT must be willing to give the time and energy necessary to address the challenges facing the society. As Michael L. Turnbow approaches the end of his term as Chairman of ASNT, we want to pause and reflect on the Society's current status and capture the outgoing Chairman's view of where we have been and where we are going.
