Extra occupational continuing educations regarding the topic of Nearly Zero Energy Buildings

In December 2015 a series of costless extra occupational continuing education measures on university level regarding the topic Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) will start in Europe. The continuing educations "Professional Energy Skills in NZEB" aim at supporting professional players at construction regarding energy efficiency and integration of renewable energies, when modernising residential buildings. Within the scope of the continuing educations "Professional Energy Skills in NZEB" professional players at construction get trained in NZEB strategies and technologies in order to support the implementation of the EU Directive on Energy Performance of Buildings, which requires the Nearly Zero Energy Buildings standard for the new construction of public buildings after 31 December 2018 and for all other new buildings after 31 December 2020. At that the course focusses on the energetic modernisation of the inventory of residential buildings.
