The International Development Strategy Research on Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Industry in the New Era-The LED Optoelectronic Industry as an Example

In the post-crisis and post-Copenhagen era, strategic and emerging industries, led by energy saving and environmental protection industry, have become the focus of national attention. China has also accelerated the strategic plan, and introduces the decision of the State Council to speed up the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries, aiming at developing energy-saving and environmental protection industry as a national pillar industry. In global and international perspective nowadays, it's necessary to study the international development strategy of china's energy-saving and environmental protection industry in the twelfth Five-Year Plans. Using LED optoelectronics industry as the cutoff point, starting from the competitive landscape of globalization of LED industry, this paper focuses on solving the problem of what position and bottleneck China takes in the international LED industry and how to make a breakthrough in its development. By a detailed analysis on the three aspects of making breakthroughs in key markets, bypassing technical short board and promoting industrial upgrading, the international developing strategic path of the LED industry is explored.
