An Empirical Study on the RMB Exchange Rate and FDI Transfer Influence on Jiangxi Province Export Trade

In this study, the RMB exchange rate, FDI inflows as endogenous variables, using annual data from 1994 to 2013, analyzes the impact of RMB exchange rate volatility, FDI inflow and the reform of RMB exchange rate on the export trade of Jiangxi using Eviews statistical software. The results show that the real effective exchange rate of RMB rise has negative correlation to the Jiangxi foreign trade export, and the inflow of FDI on Jiangxi's foreign trade has a positive correlation. On this basis, an analysis is carried out and the corresponding policy is recommended.
