This year, and especially during the election month of November, we've heard and seen a lot of news about grassroots campaigns around the nation. At the U.S. Postal Service, working at the grassroots level is nothing new as we show our customers how the mail can deliver for their businesses. The USPS and its customers have long benefited from collaboration through grassroots organizations, such as the 200 Postal Customer Councils (PCCs) across the country and the national Mailers' Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC). At the annual National Postal Forum we also meet with mailing industry professionals at the grassroots level. This collaborative approach helps us add value and make the mail work better -- transforming the way we do business.
