Apple Finally Drops the Hammer on Psystar

It took long enough, but Apple's team of lawyers has at last filed suit againt Mac-clone maker Psystar (not long after the company added an Xserve clone to its roster). The lawsuit charges, among other things, copyright infringement, breach of contract, and trademark infringement and dilution. Apple is seeking treble damages, attorney fees, and an injunction to keep Psystar from selling any more clones-and, oh yeah, Apple is also demanding that Psystar recall all the products it's sold so far. In other words, I think its time to close up shop.
