We've seen a few Skype handsets in the past - we use one to save on the phone bill - but now Asus has released the first Skype videophone. The oddly-named Asus AiGuru SV1 has a built-in webcam, speakers and 7in screen for displaying video images. It also has wireless networking capability and runs off a rechargeable battery, which means you can move it from room to room and chat with friends without needing your computer. It's a bit pricey at £219, but could be a good gift for relatives who aren't very computer-savvy.
