A study of Twitter users by RJMetrics finds that the site might be slowing down.rnFor the survey, RJMetrics downloaded 2 million tweets from about 50,000 users over the last few months of 2009. (RJMetrics was able to download only the most recent 3200 tweets for any one user, so the study's authors were missing some data for "power users"-those who tweet a lot; such users, however, represent less than one-tenth of 1 percent of the Twitter population, the authors say.)
