Apple last updated the Mac mini in October 2012, so it's been two years since it received a refresh. In this review, we'll look at what Apple's diminutive Mac offers. The mini is Apple's most affordable Mac, with prices now starting at £399 - that's £100 less than the previous generation. You will, however, have to factor in the cost of a monitor, keyboard and mouse when purchasing a mini. As well as being Apple's cheapest Mac, it's also the smallest, measuring 3.6×19.7×19.7cm. If all this sounds tempting, you should note that whereas owners of previous models can upgrade their minis, this is not possible with the latest version. We'll look at this in more detail later.
