摘要

The experimental dependences of supercon- ducting transition critical temperature on thickness for niobium, VN, TaN and TBa_2Cu_3O_7-x films are obtained. It is shown that for superconductors with small coherence lengths the fluctuations of electro- magnetic field and superconducting ordering parame- ter may contribute the decrease of critical tem- perature in parallel with the proximity effect.
