Letter from the Editor

Let me begin by welcoming a new editorial board, and thanking the old one. Our retiring editorial board members were great supporters of the journal, providing leadership in solicting articles and pro- moting new ideas. They have my warmest thanks. The new board will have to work hard to do better. As senior editors we have Robert Grant, Tadao Kagnono and Henk Volberda. Rob Grant is Professor Of Strategy at Georegetwon University, Washington (and now City University Business School, London).
