This time, I wish to stress other strengths of the Journal and look at the way forward. Let me begin With an analysis of where we now stand. LRP is one Of the premier journals in the field of management. It bridges academia and practice. The articles go Beyond journalism to dig deeper into management Issues, and for this reason they are often written by Academics.
