Telxon Offers Pen-Based Mobile Computers

Telxon Corp. has released two new pen-based mobile computers-Model PTC-2134 and its partner, Model PTC-2234. Both are designed to support the transportation, manufacturing, and mobile-workforce markets. With a full-screen VGA interface, the PTC-2134 unit supports such operating systems as MS-DOS, Windows 95, or Windows CE. This range of operating systems allows users to implement mobile solutions quickly with either off-the-shelf or custom applications.
